Months after the murder of Gregory Frank, a legal clerk, police have presented a young man to the court, and whom they say is the murderer.
The accused, 23-year-old Travis Evans, of ‘C’ Field, Sophia, Greater Georgetown, is accusing of killing the 47-year-old Frank.
It is alleged that between July 31,2018 And August 2, 2018 at Kuru Kururu, Linden Highway, while being in the company of others, Evans murdered Frank during the course or furtherance of a robbery.
He was represented by attorney-at-law Dexter Todd.
After the death of Frank, various theories began to surface, with several persons claiming that the legal clerk was a regular host of “little boys” at his house where he had lived alone.
As a result, police had arrested over a dozen young men in addition to a beer-cart operator from King Street who was accused of being a paid organizer of young male visitor’s to the now dead man’s premises.
Evans was said to have been one of Mr. Franks regular visitors, and is suspected to be the last person to have visited him at the time of the murder.
The matter has been adjourned to the 27 November.
