Ingredients
4 tbsp. oat flour (use gluten-free for intolerances)
1 ripe banana, mashed
2 and 1/2 tablespoons Soy milk
1 tablespoon sweetener (we use erythritol)
1/2 tbsp Royal baking powder
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon powder
1 tablespoon of nut cream (we use peanut)
2 tablespoons grated carrot
2 tbsp chopped walnuts
1. In a cup, mix all the ingredients (except for carrots and nuts) and mix well.
2. Add carrots and walnuts and mix well again.
3. Cook in the microwave for 1 minute and 50 seconds at full power (this may vary depending on the microwave).
4. Let it cool for 3 minutes
5. Add yogurt or ice cream and some nuts.
