This new distinction, which came into effect last year and has also recognized establishments such as Palacio de Helguera, La Bobadilla, or Canfranc Estación, acknowledges hotels and accommodations worldwide that offer a unique travel experience in themselves.

A unique personality that perfectly embodies the historic buildings of Terra Dominicata, which preserve their original walls, blending with the red earth and minerals of the region. Inside, spaces filled with light and views of the vineyards; a perfect balance between comfort and rural luxury. The hotel's restaurant, Mater Terrae, delights guests with Fran López's cuisine, which prioritizes understated dishes based on local produce.
